Requirements to Participate:

1) Must reside in NJ/PA Region (4 spots available for out of region, please contact early)

2) Must not turn 20 prior to December 31, 2021 and must be a high school student during the 2020-2021 school year.

3) Complete online form, payment, and Medical Form.

4) Compete at States or Participate in a USA Ultimate Sanctioned league.
