Summer Schedule:

As shown above, tryouts are taking place in February and March. The team will be selected at that time as players return to their school based teams for the spring season in April and May. During that time, we will remain in touch and work on travel logistics.

In June, we will begin regular practices for this team. Practices generally happen twice a week. Once on the weekend and one weekday evening up until the tournament. It is common for players to go away on vacation and miss a week. We will develop an exact summer schedule when the team is selected including prioritizing a few practices.

Youth Club Championships:

Players will likely fly into Minneapolis, MN on August 4th. The general schedule will look like this:

August 4th - Fly Into Minnesota, run a team practice

August 5th - Participate in some fun activities around Minneapolis which could include the Mall of America, a visit to one of the professional sports facilities for the Vikings or Twins, watch some high level club Ultimate, or other stuff to do around the city.

August 6-8th - The YCC tournament takes place at the National Sports Center in Blaine, MN

August 9th - Fly back to NJ.

Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend as well. Many do and have a great time.

The cost for the whole program is usually around $1000. This is not just for the trip, but for the entire team experience starting with tryouts in February, team practices all summer, high level coaching, and everything to do with the trip. That includes flight, hotel, food, tournament fees, busing, and a super memorable experience of battling against the top teams in the nation.
